SpellWin Promotional Play Rules

These conditions apply to bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, promotional rewards, Bonus Shop items, and tournaments available through SpellWin. The individual terms displayed for a specific promotion take priority where they differ from the general rules below.

No-Deposit Rewards and Cashout Limits

  • The maximum withdrawal from a no-deposit cash bonus is €25.
  • After wagering a no-deposit reward, including one obtained through the Bonus Shop, the available balance is limited to five times the original bonus or free-spin winnings.
  • The maximum amount transferred from qualifying daily or deposit-related free spins is €100 or A$165.
  • Winnings from no-deposit casino free spins may be withdrawn up to €50 or A$80.
  • Any amount above the applicable limit may be removed before a withdrawal is processed.

Where required by the promotion, no-deposit winnings must be claimed under the stated conditions before a new qualifying deposit is made.

Bonus Eligibility

Only one promotional offer may be used by the same player or by accounts connected through a household, residential address, IP address, telephone number, payment account, bank card, digital wallet, or device.

Players located in Ireland or Brazil are not eligible for standard casino bonuses. Cashback may remain available where stated separately.

Each player may hold only one active bonus at a time. Deposit bonuses cannot be combined, and participation in any promotion is optional.

Fair Use of Promotional Funds

Bonus wagering must involve normal risk-based gameplay. Methods designed to preserve value, avoid genuine risk, or bypass wagering conditions are prohibited.

  • Saving free spins, bonus rounds, or other game features until wagering has ended.
  • Leaving large wagers open in table games and returning after the bonus has been completed.
  • Building in-game value with bonus funds and collecting it later with a real-money balance.
  • Using technical errors, software faults, incorrect settings, or unintended game behaviour.
  • Making additional deposits while delayed bonus features remain available in a game.

Where promotional play is considered unfair, SpellWin may cancel the bonus, remove related winnings, restrict the account, or take other proportionate action permitted by the platform rules.

Maximum Stake During Bonus Play

The maximum permitted wager while a bonus is active is €5 or A$8 per game round, unless the individual promotion states a lower amount.

Exceeding the maximum stake may lead to the removal of the bonus and winnings connected to it.

Activation, Expiry and Withdrawal Requests

  • An unused bonus cannot be activated after a withdrawal request has been submitted.
  • Bonus funds must be wagered according to the multiplier shown in the promotion before related winnings become withdrawable.
  • Unless stated otherwise, an activated bonus remains valid for 10 days.
  • Expired bonus funds and winnings derived from them may be removed from the account.
  • A player may request a withdrawal before completing wagering, but the bonus and its related winnings will be cancelled.
  • Real-money funds are used before promotional funds while a bonus is active.
  • An active bonus may be cancelled before its wagering requirement is completed.

Game Contribution Toward Wagering

Different game categories contribute different percentages toward bonus wagering:

  • Slots and other eligible casino games: 100%.
  • Texas Hold’em and other table games: 10%.
  • Video poker: 10%.
  • Roulette and blackjack: 10%.
  • Baccarat and craps: 10%.
  • Crash-style games: 10%.

Every tournament is treated as a promotion. The published rules of the individual event take priority over these general tournament conditions.

Participation Requirements

  • Participation is available to registered players with a verified or verifiable account.
  • Players located in restricted jurisdictions cannot enter.
  • Only one account per person may participate.
  • Self-excluded players, users in a cooling-off period, and accounts under active responsible-gaming restrictions are not eligible.

Qualifying Wagers

Only wagers placed and settled during the official tournament period are counted. A game round qualifies when it is settled, not when the wager is initially placed.

Unless the event rules state otherwise, only real-money wagers count. Promotional balance wagers, cancelled rounds, voided bets, and refunded rounds are excluded.

Eligible Games and Leaderboards

Only the titles or categories named in the tournament description contribute to the result. The leaderboard remains provisional until the review period has ended.

When two or more players finish with the same score, the higher position goes to the participant who reached that result first, unless another tie-break method is published.

Where no separate review period is stated, results become final 72 hours after the tournament ends.

Prize Allocation

Prizes are awarded in the form and amount shown in the event rules. A cash prize credited directly to the real-money balance without wagering is treated as regular withdrawable funds.

Prizes may be issued in euros or converted into the account currency. They are personal to the winner and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged.

Withdrawals remain subject to identity verification and any applicable deposit wagering requirement.

Disqualification and Corrections

SpellWin may remove a participant and cancel a prize where prohibited play, linked accounts, manipulation, bonus abuse, fraud, or another unfair advantage is identified.

The leaderboard may be recalculated after a disqualification. Obvious technical, scoring, configuration, or prize-allocation errors may also be corrected.

Tournament Changes

A tournament may be amended or cancelled where required for legal, regulatory, security, or technical reasons. Published changes do not affect prizes already earned from qualifying wagers settled before the update.

If an event is cancelled after it begins, prizes may be distributed according to the valid leaderboard position recorded at the time of cancellation.

Updates to These Rules

SpellWin may revise promotional conditions when operational, legal, security, or regulatory requirements change. The latest published version applies to future bonus activity, while individual promotion terms continue to govern offers already accepted where required.
