Rules for Accessing and Using Spellwin Services
Revision 1.8 — effective from 29 June 2026
1. Scope of These Rules
These rules, together with every policy and document referred to on spellwin.co, govern access to the website and all related products, features and services. In this document, spellwin.co is called the “Website”, all connected products are called the “Service”, and each visitor or registered player is called the “Customer”.
By visiting the Website, opening an Account or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these rules. If you disagree with any provision, you must stop using the Website and the Service.
2. Changes to the Rules
The Company may update these rules and any linked policy when reasonably required. A revised version becomes binding once it is published on the Website. Continued use of the Service after publication means that you accept the updated wording. Bets placed before an amendment takes effect remain subject to the version that applied when they were accepted.
3. Conditions Every Customer Must Meet
Whenever you use the Service, you confirm that:
- you are at least 18 years old and have reached the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction;
- you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
- online gambling is lawful where you live and where you use the Service;
- you do not hide or falsify your location through a VPN, proxy or similar technology;
- every payment method used on the Account belongs to you or is lawfully controlled by you;
- all payments are made honestly and will not be reversed without a valid legal reason;
- you understand that gambling may result in the loss of some or all funds staked;
- you do not rely on unlawfully obtained information when placing a bet;
- you act only for yourself and not for another person or for a commercial purpose;
- you will not manipulate markets, games, odds, promotions or technical systems;
- you will act fairly and in good faith in all dealings with the Company;
- you and persons acting for you are not using the Account to bypass affiliate restrictions.
4. Activities That Are Not Allowed
You may not access or use the Service when you are under the required age, lack legal capacity, live in a prohibited jurisdiction or are otherwise barred by law.
Restricted territories
The Service is unavailable to residents of Afghanistan, Algeria, Aruba, the Bahamas, Benin, Bonaire, Cameroon, the Central African Republic, Chad, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Côte d’Ivoire, Crimea, Cuba, Curaçao, Denmark, the Donetsk region, Eritrea, France, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Lithuania, the Luhansk region, Mali, Myanmar, the Netherlands, Nicaragua, Nigeria, North Korea, Pakistan, Palestine, Panama, Qatar, Kosovo, Russia, Saba, Somalia, South Sudan, Spain, St. Maarten, Statia, Sudan, Syria, Togo, Turkey, Uganda, Ukraine, the United Kingdom, the United States and its territories, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe, every FATF-blacklisted jurisdiction and any additional territory prohibited by the Curaçao Gaming Authority.
Prohibited conduct
- collecting player names, contact details or other personal information without permission;
- sending unsolicited promotions, junk messages, mass communications or affiliate advertising;
- interfering with other players or with the normal operation of the Service;
- cheating, colluding, scraping odds, copying protected content or violating intellectual-property rights;
- using the Service for any unlawful, deceptive or abusive purpose;
- selling, buying, gifting, pledging or transferring an Account;
- moving funds directly between player Accounts;
- using the Service on behalf of another person.
An Account used for an unauthorised purpose may be restricted or closed, and the Company may pursue any remedy available under law.
Employees, contractors, licensees, suppliers, media partners, promotional agencies, retailers and their immediate family members may not gamble for real money without prior written approval from Company management. Breach of this rule may result in closure of the relevant Accounts and cancellation of bonuses and winnings.
5. Opening an Account
The Company may accept or reject any registration request at its discretion and does not have to provide a reason. Registration must be completed personally. Before using real-money features, the Customer must accept these rules and provide all information requested during registration.
Identity checks
The Company may require identification, proof of address, proof of age, payment-method ownership and other documents before deposits, gameplay, bonuses or withdrawals are enabled. Access may remain limited until the review is completed.
- Verification must be completed within 90 days after registration or within 30 days after a specific request, whichever deadline occurs first.
- Full KYC is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed.
- Full KYC is also mandatory once lifetime deposits reach EUR 5,000 or the equivalent in another currency.
- If verification is not completed on time, the Company may suspend or close the Account, block transactions and void winnings accumulated while verification remained outstanding.
- Deposited funds and any remaining cash balance remain subject to successful verification, proof of ownership and applicable payment rules.
Account information and security
You must provide accurate, current and complete registration details and update them whenever they change. You are responsible for keeping your password and access credentials secure. Activity performed with valid Account credentials may be treated as authorised by you unless the Company has been informed of a security incident.
Only one Account is allowed per Customer. Accounts connected through shared identity details, devices, networks, addresses, payment methods, relatives, representatives or coordinated activity may be treated as duplicate or linked Accounts. The Company may close or restrict them, cancel bets, remove bonuses, void withdrawals and confiscate gains produced through the duplicate-account arrangement.
You must not publish, frame, capture or redistribute Service content in a way that changes how it normally appears on the Website. Available Account currencies may vary, and some payment methods may require conversion into a processing currency.
6. Account Operation
- Balances and transactions are shown in the currency used for the relevant operation.
- The Company does not provide credit.
- An Account may be restricted or closed for legal, compliance, security, operational, commercial, fairness or responsible-gaming reasons.
- Where closure is unrelated to fraud, unlawful activity, sanctions, chargebacks or another reason requiring funds to be retained, the remaining cash balance may be withdrawn after verification.
- The Company may refuse, limit or cancel a wager, including a bet that appears structured to bypass limits or controls.
- Funds credited by mistake remain the property of the Company and may be removed.
- A negative balance becomes a debt owed by the Customer.
- You must promptly report any Account error you notice.
Responsible use and self-exclusion
Gambling is intended only as entertainment. Do not stake money that you cannot afford to lose, and stop when play is no longer enjoyable or feels difficult to control.
A Customer may request self-exclusion for at least six months or for another period offered by the Company. During active self-exclusion, the Account is blocked for gambling, deposits are disabled, promotional contact is stopped as soon as reasonably possible and no new or linked Account may be opened or used.
A self-exclusion request must clearly ask for the restriction and include enough information to identify the Account. The Company will process a valid request without undue delay and no later than 24 hours after receipt. Temporary protective limits may be applied earlier when there are reasonable concerns about gambling-related harm.
An Account cannot be sold, transferred, assigned, pledged or used as security. This restriction also covers balances, deposits, winnings, bets, claims and every other right connected to the Account.
7. Adding Funds
- Deposits must come from a payment account, card or system held in the Customer’s own name.
- A deposit made in another currency may be converted using the Website rate or the rate applied by the bank or payment provider.
- Payment providers may charge conversion or transaction fees.
- The Company may absorb some deposit fees, but the Customer remains responsible for charges imposed by their own bank or provider.
- Card deposits are credited only after approval by the issuing institution.
- The Customer must pay all valid charges and may not use an unjustified chargeback or reversal.
- An Account is not a bank account, does not earn interest and is not protected by a deposit-insurance scheme.
- Funds connected to criminal, unlawful or unauthorised activity must never be deposited.
- Customers should retain transaction records.
- Each Customer is responsible for confirming that online gambling and payment-card use are lawful in their jurisdiction.
Accepting a bonus or entering a promotional code means that the Customer also accepts the applicable bonus rules and the terms of the specific offer.
8. Taking Money Out
Cleared and unused real-money funds may be withdrawn under the payment rules shown on the Website.
Minimum withdrawal
The minimum amount per request is EUR 50, USD 100, PLN 225, SEK 600, CAD 75, AUD 80 or NOK 350, or the equivalent amount in another supported currency. When an Account is being closed, the full remaining balance may be requested even if it is below the normal minimum.
Deposit turnover rule
Real-money deposits must normally be wagered at least three times before withdrawal. Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings do not count toward this requirement. Bets deliberately placed at odds or a multiplier below 1.30, or other low-risk patterns intended to avoid genuine wagering, may be disregarded and the withdrawal may be cancelled until the requirement is completed properly.
A Customer who does not wish to complete the turnover may request withdrawal with a 10% deduction from the withdrawal amount. Where several non-lost deposits remain on the Account, the requirement applies to all of them. A deposit that has been fully lost is not included.
Withdrawal checks and routing
- The Company may request identity documents, address evidence, certified copies, a selfie, liveness confirmation, a verification call or other security checks.
- Withdrawals should normally return to the original payment method.
- A different method may be approved after additional checks.
- Only one pending withdrawal per payment method is allowed at a time.
- Depending on the payment method, no more than one request may be submitted in a 24-hour period.
- Requests are normally reviewed within three banking days. Bank, provider, holiday or additional-review delays may extend the total time.

Higher limits may apply when approved under the VIP programme. The Company cannot guarantee a withdrawal or refund where the Customer has breached location or restricted-use rules.
9. Payments, Reviews and Unfair Play
The Customer is responsible for all money owed to the Company. A chargeback, payment denial or reversal may lead to recovery of the amount, associated losses and an administrative charge of EUR 50 or its currency equivalent.
The Company may use external processors and merchant banks. Transactions may be reviewed for money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions, fraud and other unlawful activity. Suspicious conduct may be reported to the relevant authority, and affected Accounts or funds may be blocked where law or payment rules require it.
Meaning of key terms
- Restricted Play means any conduct prohibited in this section.
- Irregular Play means play designed to remove, hedge or neutralise ordinary gambling risk, guarantee a return or extract promotional value without genuine risk-bearing activity.
- Bonus Abuse means using a promotion contrary to its purpose, fair-use rules or specific conditions.
- Unfair Advantage means an unintended, abusive or prohibited benefit obtained over the Company, another player, a game, a promotion or the Service.
- Linked Accounts means Accounts reasonably believed to be controlled by, coordinated with or operated for the same person or group.
Examples of banned play
- arbitrage or covering every material outcome to secure a return regardless of the result;
- opposing, equal, hedged, zero-margin, low-margin or low-risk bets used to protect funds or clear wagering requirements;
- using progression or staking systems, including Martingale, Reverse Martingale, Fibonacci, d’Alembert, Labouchère, Paroli, 1-3-2-6, Oscar’s Grind, Hollandish, Whittaker or Tier et Tout, to exploit a promotion or reduce normal risk;
- building a balance with volatile play and then switching to low-risk play to complete wagering;
- parking, preserving or extracting a bonus through a new deposit or another balance-conversion method;
- systematically using casino bets such as red/black, odd/even, high/low, dozens, columns, streets, splits or six lines to clear a bonus with minimal risk;
- systematically using sports bets below 1.30 to complete a promotional requirement;
- opening or coordinating multiple Accounts for extra bonuses, to bypass limits, verification, self-exclusion or restrictions;
- sharing Accounts, using another person’s Account, chip dumping, transfer play, soft play or collusion;
- using bots, scripts, macros, auto-clickers, automated systems, browser extensions, artificial-intelligence tools or synchronised devices to automate play or gain an unfair benefit;
- exploiting a bug, delayed update, incorrect odds, incorrect payout, faulty jackpot, configuration error, loophole or vulnerability;
- breaching maximum-stake, game-restriction, maximum-conversion or bonus-parking rules;
- circumventing any control, limit, security measure or provision of these rules.
The restriction on odds below 1.30 applies to systematic bonus-clearing patterns. It does not prevent ordinary real-money betting, including genuine wagering used to satisfy the three-times deposit turnover rule.
How suspected abuse is assessed
The Company may consider matching identity data, addresses, payment methods, cryptocurrency wallets, devices, browser fingerprints, networks, IP ranges, VPN use, timing, stake patterns, game choices, synchronised activity, unusually fast reactions and other statistically abnormal similarities. Decisions may be based on reasonable evidence and the balance of probabilities.
During an investigation, the Company may restrict Accounts, pause withdrawals and request identity, source-of-funds or source-of-wealth evidence. The Customer must cooperate within the stated deadline. Where lawful, the Customer will be given a reasonable opportunity to explain the activity. Restrictions will be removed when the review concludes that no breach occurred.
Possible measures
- suspend, restrict or permanently close the relevant and linked Accounts;
- stop deposits, gameplay or participation in promotions;
- void affected wagers, rounds, transactions or promotional results;
- remove bonuses, free spins, cashback, loyalty rewards or other benefits;
- confiscate bonus balances and gains reasonably connected to the prohibited conduct;
- reverse or cancel affected transactions;
- delay withdrawals while investigation, verification or regulatory review is ongoing;
- apply enhanced checks to identity, funds, wealth, devices, Accounts and payment methods;
- share relevant information with payment providers, fraud-prevention partners, group companies or authorities where permitted or required.
Genuine deposits not connected to fraud, money laundering, sanctions, chargebacks or unlawful conduct will ordinarily remain withdrawable after verification. Bonus funds are not cash and may be removed when promotional rules are broken. Winnings attributable to exploitation or unfair play may be cancelled. Funds linked to unlawful activity may be frozen, retained, forfeited or set off when law, a court, a payment provider or an authority requires or permits it.
The Company may combine linked Accounts, recover overpayments and offset a positive balance against amounts owed, including chargebacks, fees and direct losses caused by the breach. All measures must be applied reasonably and proportionately.
Standard promotion rules
Where several sets of terms apply, the specific promotion rules take priority, followed by the general bonus rules and then these rules.
| Promotion type | Default condition |
|---|---|
| Casino bonus | 30x wagering on the bonus amount unless the offer states otherwise |
| Sportsbook bonus | 15x wagering on the bonus amount unless the offer states otherwise |
| Deposit bonus | Maximum cashout of 5x the bonus or 5x the deposit, as stated in the offer |
| Free spins attached to a deposit | Wagering applies to spin winnings; maximum withdrawal is EUR 100 unless stated otherwise |
| No-deposit or Bonus Shop reward | Maximum releasable balance is 5x the reward or spin winnings; cash-bonus withdrawal is capped at EUR 25; free-spin withdrawal is capped at EUR 100; default wagering on spin winnings is 40x |
| Cashback | Maximum payout is 1x the cashback earned; cashback credited as unrestricted real money is treated as cash |
| Daily Missions free spins | Maximum winnings are EUR 200; the 5x cap does not apply |
Where several caps apply, the lower limit controls. A cap is used only when bonus-derived funds can be identified. If real and bonus funds are mixed so thoroughly that the promotional portion cannot reasonably be separated, the Company will not reduce the withdrawal under this bonus-cap section. A missed automatic reduction may be applied manually before withdrawal and may be applied again if play continues on the same capped promotional funds.
10. Technical or Pricing Mistakes
A bet affected by a system failure, communication problem, software bug, virus, incorrect settlement, incorrect odds or another clear error may be voided. The Customer must report any known error immediately and may not exploit it.
A wager may be cancelled where the accepted price was materially different from the general market or was clearly impossible in light of the event. The Company may recover an overpayment, correct the Account balance and cancel or reduce pending play funded by an error.
11. Settlement, Refund and Event Rules
- Results are settled according to the outcome recognised on the settlement date.
- Published results become final after 72 hours, except for a proven human or system error.
- If a governing body overturns a result within the payout period, affected stakes may be refunded.
- Where a draw market is offered, team-win bets lose when the event ends in a draw.
- Where no draw option is offered, a draw may result in a refund; extra time counts when the market rules say so.
- If a result cannot be verified because the data feed fails and no reliable alternative exists, the Company may void the market and refund stakes.
- Minimum and maximum stakes may change, and individual Account limits may be adjusted.
- Customers must review their own transaction history. A completed wager cannot normally be changed.
- A matchup remains valid when the correct competitors are listed, even if the league heading is wrong.
- Esports start times are indicative. A suspended or postponed match not resumed within 72 hours is normally void, except for tournament-advancement or outright-winner markets.
- An event published with the wrong date is settled according to the date fixed by the governing body.
- The use of stand-in players does not invalidate the result.
- The Company may remove any event, market or product.
Detailed sports-market provisions are contained in the separate Sports Betting Rules.
12. Official Messages and Notices
Customer notices must be submitted through the support options available on the Website. Company notices may be posted on the Website or delivered through the registered Account communication channel. Unless another language is expressly accepted, formal notices must be written in English.
Promotional communication may be stopped through the support tools provided on the Website.
13. Events Outside the Company’s Control
The Company is not responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances that could not reasonably be prevented, including natural disasters, labour disputes, power failure, government action, telecommunications interruption or failure by an independent third party. During such an event, the Service may be suspended or cancelled without liability for resulting loss.
14. Limits on Liability
To the extent allowed by law, the Company is not responsible for direct or indirect loss caused by the Customer, an unrelated third party, network congestion, connectivity problems, equipment failure or another event that could not reasonably have been foreseen or prevented.
The Service is supplied for personal consumer use. The Company does not accept liability for business losses. Where the Company is legally liable, its total liability is limited to the lower of the value of the relevant wagers or EUR 500.
Customers should confirm that their equipment is compatible with the Service and use reasonable protection against malicious software.
15. Protection of Minors
The Service is strictly limited to persons who have reached the legal gambling age and are at least 18. When underage use is suspected, the Account may be locked while the Company investigates.
If the Customer was underage, or acted for an underage person, the Company may retain or recover winnings, return deposited funds or hold them until the lawful age is reached, and deduct applicable payment costs. The same rule applies where local law requires an age higher than 18.
Suspected abuse of age restrictions may be reported to law-enforcement or regulatory authorities.
16. Fraud and Dishonest Activity
The Company may use criminal, contractual and other lawful remedies against fraud, dishonesty or criminal conduct. It may suspend Accounts and void, retain or forfeit balances, bonuses, winnings and transactions to the extent reasonably connected to the conduct and permitted by law. A Customer may be required to reimburse direct, lawful and reasonably incurred losses caused by the fraud.
17. Ownership of the Platform
The Company and its licensors own the Service, software, technology, systems, odds, branding, trade dress, names, logos and other protected materials. Unauthorised use may lead to legal action.
You may not use Company marks in a way that implies affiliation, causes confusion or damages the Company’s reputation. Automated or manual copying, monitoring or scraping of Website pages and content is prohibited unless expressly authorised.
18. Limited Permission to Use the Service
While these rules remain in force, the Company grants the Customer a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right to access the Service for non-commercial use.
Except for content owned by the Customer, no part of the Service may be modified, republished, transmitted, sold, reproduced, uploaded, distributed, performed, displayed, combined with other data, reorganised, scraped or used to create a derivative work without express permission.
19. Behaviour and Platform Safety
The following behaviour is forbidden:
- publishing information known to be false, misleading or unlawful;
- violating privacy, copyright, trademark or another person’s rights;
- harming minors or sharing abusive, threatening, obscene, hateful or violent material;
- uploading viruses or code intended to disrupt software, hardware or presentation of the Service;
- intercepting, emulating, redirecting or reverse-engineering Service communications;
- using cheats, hacks, mods, bots, spiders or automated indexing tools;
- scamming, impersonating another person or creating Accounts under false details;
- sending unauthorised advertising, chain messages, pyramid promotions or mass solicitations.
The list is not exhaustive. The Company may remove content, investigate conduct, restrict access or terminate Accounts when reasonably necessary.
20. External Websites
The Service may contain links to independent websites. Those links are provided for convenience and do not mean that the Company approves, controls or guarantees the external content. Customers should review the privacy and usage rules of every external website they visit.
21. Complaints and Disputes
Questions or complaints must be submitted through the Customer Service options on the Website. A dispute concerning settlement of a wager must include the relevant details and should be raised within three days after the wager was decided. Claims submitted after that period may be rejected.
The support team will use reasonable efforts to answer promptly and aims to respond within 28 days. Unresolved matters may be escalated to Company management. If no agreed solution is reached, the Customer may refer the dispute to arbitration where that remedy is available.
22. Transfer of Rights
The Customer may not assign these rules or any related right or obligation without prior written consent. The Company may transfer all or part of its rights and duties to another provider capable of offering a substantially similar service, after publishing notice on the Website.
23. If One Provision Is Invalid
If a competent authority finds any provision invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be adjusted as closely as possible to its original purpose. The remaining provisions continue in full force.
24. Consequences of a Material Breach
Without limiting any other remedy, the Company may suspend or terminate the Account and stop providing the Service where it reasonably believes that the Customer has materially broken these rules. Notice of the action will be provided promptly where permitted.
25. General Legal Terms
- These rules remain effective while the Customer accesses the Service and continue to apply where necessary after Account closure.
- Words in the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to a gender include every gender. References to persons include individuals and legal entities.
- A waiver is valid only when made in writing and signed by the Company. Failure to enforce a rule once does not waive the right to enforce it later.
- By using the Service, the Customer confirms that every provision has been read and understood.
- If a translated version conflicts with the English version, the English version controls.
- These rules are governed by the laws applicable to the relevant jurisdiction.
- These rules and the documents incorporated into them form the entire agreement regarding access to and use of the Service.
26. Verification, AML and Source-of-Funds Controls
The Company may perform identity, age, residence, contact, payment-method, anti-money-laundering, counter-terrorist-financing, sanctions, fraud-prevention, source-of-funds, source-of-wealth, security and responsible-gaming checks whenever reasonably necessary.
Checks may take place before Account activation, deposits, gameplay, bonuses or withdrawals, or at any time during the relationship. The Customer authorises the Company to request and review information needed to confirm compliance with these rules and applicable law.
Requested materials may include identification, proof of age and residence, a selfie or liveness test, evidence that the Customer owns the payment method, source-of-funds records, source-of-wealth records and any other reasonably required document.
The level of review may be simplified, standard or enhanced depending on risk profile, transaction patterns, jurisdiction, payment method, Account activity and other relevant factors.
The Company may limit or refuse deposits, gameplay, bonuses, withdrawals or Account access where:
- verification is incomplete;
- documents are not supplied by the deadline;
- information is inconsistent, inaccurate, misleading, expired, altered or incomplete;
- the Customer is connected to a prohibited jurisdiction;
- fraud, AML, sanctions, chargeback, duplicate-account, third-party-payment or security concerns arise;
- mandatory verification before withdrawal or after EUR 5,000 in lifetime deposits has not been completed.
The Customer must cooperate fully. When a review fails, the Company may record the outcome, open an internal compliance case and, where legally possible, give the Customer a reasonable opportunity to provide additional documents. If the review still cannot be completed, the Account may remain restricted or be closed.
Where closure occurs only for verification, compliance, security, operational, commercial or responsible-gaming reasons, and not because of suspected unlawful activity, fraud, money laundering, sanctions or chargebacks, the remaining cash balance may be withdrawn after successful verification and proof of entitlement. Funds may nevertheless be delayed, rejected, frozen or retained when required or permitted by law, AML rules, sanctions controls, fraud controls, chargeback procedures, a court order or an authority.
27. Safer Gambling Standards
Gambling should be treated as entertainment, not as a source of income. Customers should set personal limits, take regular breaks, avoid chasing losses and never spend more than they can afford to lose. Gambling should not interfere with work, relationships, finances or everyday responsibilities.
Self-check questions
- Do you spend more time or money on gambling than planned?
- Do you try to recover losses by gambling again?
- Have you borrowed money or sold possessions to gamble?
- Has gambling harmed your work, relationships or finances?
- Do you feel anxious, stressed or irritable when you are not gambling?
- Has another person expressed concern about your gambling?
One or more positive answers may indicate that limits, a cooling-off period, self-exclusion or specialist support should be considered. This self-check is informational and is not medical advice.
Available protective measures
- deposit or play limits where offered;
- temporary restrictions or cooling-off periods;
- self-exclusion for at least six months;
- additional responsible-gaming review before an Account is reopened;
- temporary protective action where gambling-related harm is reasonably suspected.
A self-excluded Account cannot be reopened before the exclusion period ends. Any later reopening request may require further checks and an additional cooling-off review.
Customers who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to contact independent organisations such as Gamblers Anonymous, Gambling Therapy or GamCare.
Underage prevention
The Company may request proof of age at any time and may suspend an Account when age cannot be verified. If a Customer is underage or was underage while using the Service, the Company may close the Account, void deposits, gameplay, bonuses or winnings to the extent allowed by law, handle remaining funds under legal and regulatory requirements and report the matter where required.
